These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of getdoja.co and any related pages, booking tools, videos and downloadable materials (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Doja Group Inc. (“doja”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Delaware C corporation with its registered address at 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer also apply.

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are considering doja's services for themselves or for a business they represent. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

The Site describes the doja AI partner program for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a solicitation, or an invitation to buy securities or any other investment, and nothing on it creates a contract between you and doja.

Any engagement with doja is governed only by a separate written Partner Agreement that both parties have signed. If anything on the Site conflicts with your Partner Agreement, the Partner Agreement prevails.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Before making any commitment, you should get independent advice that fits your circumstances.

Our 18-month ROI Guarantee, our four-month first-provider milestone, our buyout option and our package terms are described on the Site in summary only. Their full conditions, qualifying criteria, exclusions and timelines are set out in the Partner Agreement, and they apply only as set out there.

Market sizes, growth rates, exit values, revenue shares and comparisons with other business models are estimates or forecasts based on third-party sources and our own assumptions. They are approximate, may change, and are not a promise or a guarantee of income.

Client results, testimonials and case studies describe specific engagements. They are not typical, are not guaranteed, and do not predict how your company will perform. Individual results vary.

When you book a demo or strategy call, you agree to give accurate information. We may reschedule or cancel a call, and we may decline to proceed with any enquiry at our discretion. Nothing is signed on a call, and attending one does not oblige you or us to do anything.

By booking a call, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text message about your booking and enquiry. If you have opted in to text messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Materials we make available, such as the due diligence pack, decks and videos, are provided so that you can evaluate doja for yourself. You may download and keep a copy for that purpose, but you may not sell, republish or distribute it without our written permission. These materials are not part of any contract and may be superseded by the Partner Agreement.

doja or its licensors own all rights in the Site and its content. This includes text, designs, graphics, videos, software, the doja name and logo, and other trade marks. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• submit false information, or book calls in someone else's name without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce viruses or other malicious code, or disrupt the Site's operation; or
• scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our consent.

The Site uses and links to third-party services, such as our booking calendar, Wistia video, Trustpilot and data sources we cite. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Including a link does not mean we endorse it.

We provide the Site “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses, or that its content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, doja is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. This includes loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity or data, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable US federal or state law. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

The Site and our services are offered only to residents of the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you use the Site applies.
